Ashley Lichtle earned her dual Bachelor’s degrees in Sociology and Social Work at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. Ashley is a 2013 alumna of Teach For America and taught in underserved elementary schools in the Arkansas Delta. After teaching, Ashley pursued a Masters in Public Administration with an emphasis on nonprofit management and leadership from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock. In her final year of the MPA program, Ashley was recognized by her faculty and peers with the Student of the Year award for her work as the President of the Graduate Students of Public Administration organization. Prior to moving to Salt Lake City, Ashley worked in disability advocacy for the Arkansas University Center for Excellence in Developmental Disabilities. Ashley is an avid adventurer and loves hiking, paddle boarding, and exploring Utah’s amazing natural resources.
