Transmittals are information provided from the Mayor’s Administration to the Council. This includes formal proposals from the Mayor to the Council for consideration. To enhance public access, listed below are the transmittals received in the Council Office in order of date received.
A transmittal includes a cover letter detailing the Mayor’s recommendation and relevant documents. Transmittals may include a draft ordinance or resolution.
Council Members and staff receive an electronic copy upon receipt in the office. Staff will review the transmittal and may write a report with policy and budget considerations. Once scheduled on an agenda, the transmittal is then combined with the staff report and added to the meeting packet.
