What to expect during the Webex meeting
Attendees will be called to speak based on the order of public hearings. Please check the agenda to confirm and make sure you are available to speak when called. Please note, members of the public joining through Webex are connected by audio-only.
Please be mindful of the Council’s Public Meeting Rules. The Council wants to create a space where everyone feels safe to share their opinion. The Council respects all points of view and we welcome new insights. If a caller is not respectful, they will receive one warning. If a caller continues not to follow the Public Meeting Rules, their microphone will be muted.
