Draft SLC Cemetery Master Plan

Transportation Impact Fees Facilities Plan

Shared Mobility Devices

Shared mobility is the official term for bikeshares and dockless scooter/bicycle systems. Shared mobility devices provide users an option to rent personal transportation for one-way trips. The Council is considering a draft ordinance that could establish a framework for regulations on shared mobility devices. [...]

Shared Housing Proposal

The Council has received an updated proposal relating to Shared Housing uses (formerly known as Single Room Occupancy Housing or SRO). The proposal was revised in response to feedback received during the Council’s public hearing and last work session discussion. The proposal supports goals identified in the City’s Growing SLC: A Five Year Housing Plan - increase housing options, promote affordability, and build more equitable and fair housing. [...]
