TWENTY ONES is a proposed residential building project in the 2100 East 2100 South area. The project includes a total of 99 living units and 16,000 square feet of retail space.
This project is scheduled to go through Design Review due to building size limits in the Community Business (CB) zoning district.
The developer will present the project design to the Sugar House Community Council Land Use and Zoning Committee on February 10 at 6 p.m. Comments received during the presentation will be included in a letter to the City’s Planning Commission who is the decision-making body.
