The HOME Development Fund is open annually and accepts applications on a rolling basis or until the fund is spent down. This is a program offered by Salt Lake City Housing Stability through Federal HOME Investment Partnership Program (HOME) funding to increase affordable housing in Salt Lake City. The funds are awarded as a loan and eligible uses include rehabilitation, acquisition, and/or new development gap financing for affordable housing located in Salt Lake City. All funding is restricted by affordability for 5-20 years depending on the amount awarded and the type of project.”
