Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff
Sandy Pho Casement made her way to Salt Lake City via Washington, DC, where she was senior program associate with the Kissinger Institute on China and the United States (KICUS). While at KICUS she researched and managed projects that focused on U.S.-China relations and U.S. policies in the Asia Pacific. Sandy’s policy writings and analysis have appeared in The National Interest, Real Clear World, National Public Radio, CSPAN, and CNN. Sandy is a native Arizonan and received a BS in Justice and Social Inquiry from Arizona State University. She graduated from the London School of Economics and Peking University with a dual MSc in International Affairs. Sandy currently lives in Sugarhouse and is a master snowplougher.
