Salt Lake City has received a Conditional Use application from Micheal Repp for a Bar Establishment at 601 S. State St. The proposed bar, called Club Verse, is being proposed in the southernmost suite in the building, which is currently vacant.
The property is located in the D-2 (Downtown Support) zoning district which requires Conditional Use approval for a Bar Establishment. The Conditional Use review looks at compatibility, location, configuration, and potential impacts of the request on the surrounding properties.

- Notice of this application has been sent to the Chairs of the Central City Neighborhood Council and the Downtown Alliance, who may choose to discuss the matter at an upcoming meeting.
