Salt Lake City Mayor Mendenhall and the Utah Department of Environmental Quality have partnered for the 2022 Lawn Mower Exchange. At least 1,000 slots are available for Salt Lake City residents! Switching from a gas powered to an electric lawnmower is an easy way to help clear the air this earth day!

Qualifying residents will receive a $300 rebate for a clean, electric lawn mower with the verified trade-in of their gas-powered model. Our waste & recycling crews will even pick up your old mower for you as part of this program!
