The public can comment online through Zoom or in person at the City & County Building. Those who would like to speak must register. Zoom information will be added here 24 hours in advance of the formal meeting.
All comments submitted during public comment become part of the public record. All attendees must follow the Public Meeting Rules.
Parking is available at the City Library and can be validated by Council staff.
2 p.m. Work Session – Room 326
Work Sessions are listen-in only, starting at 2 p.m. and ending at approximately 6:30 p.m.
6 p.m. Formal Meeting – Room 315
The August 19 Formal Meeting will be held at 6 p.m. to accommodate the 7 p.m. State-required Truth in Taxation hearing. If the Council cannot finish the Formal Meeting by 7 p.m., the meeting will resume after the Truth in Taxation hearing concludes.
The Council holds public hearings and votes in formal meetings. There is also a one-hour time slot for general comments.
To share comments with the Council, register online or in person. Online registration opens 24 hours before the meeting. General comment registration closes at 6:30 p.m. You can register to speak on a public hearing item until the hearing closes.
Those attending in person will fill out a comment card at the meeting.
