5 p.m. Limited Formal Meeting – Room 326
A limited formal will be held to consider adopting a resolution to extend the time period for satisfying the conditions outlined in Ordinance 56 of 2025 by one year and to set the date of Tuesday, Oct. 6, to accept public comment and consider approving an ordinance that would adopt the Salt Lake City Department of Public Utilities Impact Fee Facilities Plan and the Impact Fee Analysis, establishing water, sewer, and stormwater impact fees.
NOTE: Limited formal meetings do not typically include public comments. The next opportunity for public comment is Tuesday, Sept. 15 at 7 p.m.
