Joining Your Remote Court Session

Parties participating in a case (Panelists)

• Use the email address and panelist password from your emailed Webex invitation to log in.
• If you are unsure of the email address associated with your invite, you can use the Webex link below to register for attendance. Once you join, our staff will verify which case you are a party to and adjust your status from attendee to panelist so that you can actively participate.
• Start times indicate when the court session begins. If your court notice shows a later time, join at that time.
• Your case will be heard as close as possible to the scheduled time. Please be aware that wait times of up to 90 minutes, while uncommon, are possible.
• After logging in, wait to be called. The Judge or Judicial Assistant will call your case when ready.
• Phone access should only be used if no other option is available.

Observers (Attendees)

• If you are not involved in a case, you can register to attend by entering your email address. This will allow you to observe the proceedings, though please note that participation is not permitted as an attendee unless otherwise granted by court personnel.
