The Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program assists low- and moderate-income residents. However, the true beneficiary of this grant is the community at large.
SLCtv met with Heather Royall to talk more about CDBG. Heather is the Deputy Director of the Housing Stability Division of Salt Lake City. She told us more about the CDBG program, and some of the great work done by CDBG in Salt Lake City.
