• Cancellations & event changes require a 30-day notice.
• Rental payments made within 30 days of the event are non-refundable if the renter cancels the event or if the event is cancelled because the renter is unable to comply with the applicable Guidelines and Requirements.
• Changes to the event date made within 30 days of the original event date will be treated as a cancellation.
• Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Without written notice, the full rental payment will be due.

The Sorenson Unity Center reserves the right to cancel an event at any time and for any reason.
