Agendas are published at least 24 hours before the meeting starts. Sign up to receive an email notification when we publish meeting agendas.

Note: 200 East between 400 and 500 South will be closed June 1 through 10 for the 2026 Utah Pride Festival. If you are attending the meeting in person, please use the City Library parking garage and request a parking validation from Council staff. The garage can be accessed from 400 or 500 South between 200 and 300 East. ADA parking is available along 500 South, south of the City & County Building.

2 p.m. Work Session – Room 326  

Work Sessions are listen-in only, starting at 2 p.m. and ending at approximately 6:30 p.m.  

7 p.m. City Council, CRA, and LBA Formal Meeting – Room 315

Formal meetings start at 7 p.m. and end upon the conclusion of items listed on the agenda. The Council holds public hearings and votes in formal meetings. There is also a one-hour time slot for general comments. 

Public hearings scheduled for this date include:

• Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget for the Capital Projects Fund of the Local Building Authority.
• Fiscal Year 2026-27 budget for the Community Reinvestment Agency.
• Three grant applications related to Airport taxiway reconstruction, Justice Assistance Grant funding and snow water supply forecasting.
• Budget Amendment No. 5 for Fiscal Year 2025-26.
• Compensation for elected, statutory and executive municipal officers for Fiscal Year 2026-27.
• Fiscal Year 2026-27 City Budget-related items, including the Library Fund, proposed property tax impact schedule, Capital Improvement Program, fee schedule updates and related ordinances and resolutions.

To share comments with the Council, register online or in person. Online registration opens 24 hours before the meeting. General comment registration closes at 7:30 p.m. You can register to speak on a public hearing item until the hearing closes. 

Those attending in person will fill out a comment card at the meeting.
