Overview
Wilmington Avenue, from 2000 East to 2100 East, was reconstructed to replace deteriorating asphalt with concrete pavement and improve roadway longevity. The project also included upgrades to pedestrian ramps and curbs and gutters to enhance walkability and drainage in the neighborhood. The project was designed in winter 2017 and completed in summer 2018.
