Wilmington Avenue: Highland Drive to 1300 East

Overview

This roadway project reconstructed the deteriorating asphalt pavement with concrete to increase its longevity and safety. Other project features included a new sewer line, as well as crosswalks, access ramps and sidewalks with curb and gutter to improve walkability and drainage.
