Landscaping and Irrigation

Landscaping may be disturbed during construction. The project team will restore impacted landscaping in kind. This may include replacing grass with seed or sod and replacing flowers, bushes, or shrubs with the same or a similar species and size. If you have questions about landscape restoration, please contact the project team at [email protected].

Construction will take place adjacent to front yards, park strips, and other landscaped areas where irrigation is present. Crews will do their best to avoid irrigation lines and sprinkler heads. We proactively look for and repair irrigation issues caused by construction, but if you notice a problem that has not yet been addressed, please contact the project team. If irrigation infrastructure is damaged during construction, we will coordinate repairs. The project team cannot reimburse for repairs completed by third parties.

Trash Service

Garbage collection will continue as normal. Please set your bins out as usual, crews will move them if needed.
