Agendas are published at least 24 hours before the meeting starts. Sign up to receive an email notification when we publish meeting agendas.
Parking is available at the City Library and can be validated by Council staff.
2 p.m. Work Session – Room 326
Work Sessions are listen-in only, starting at 2 p.m. and ending at approximately 6:30 p.m.
7 p.m. Formal Meeting – Room 315
Formal meetings start at 7 p.m. and end upon the conclusion of items listed on the agenda. The Council holds public hearings and votes in formal meetings. There is also a one-hour time slot for general comments.

To share comments with the Council, register online or in person. General comment registration closes at 7:30 p.m. You can register to speak on a public hearing item until the hearing closes.
Those attending in person will fill out a comment card at the meeting.
