Hello District Six!
Not all streetlights are the same!

Private Street Lights:
- Property owners have the liberty to decorate or modify these as desired.
- Maintenance responsibilities fall on the property owners.
City-owned Street Lights:
- Modifications to these lights are strictly prohibited.
- Electricity from these lights must not be used for any purpose, including holiday decorations.
- Non-electric adornments like ribbons or garlands are permitted.
