We Can Help You Pay for Business Repairs

This grant can help you pay for repairs to your business. We use federal funding to help you fix types of property damage.

About This Program

The City created the Business Stabilization Program, also known as BSP. This program helps businesses recover from the economic impacts of property damage.

The program focuses on external repairs caused by vandalism and crime. This helps your community stay vibrant and safe. We do not cover repairs for naturally occurring damage. We give up to $3,500 as a grant per year per property. Funding covers existing damage, not damage prevention.

Who Can Apply

The City uses police reports to pick specific neighborhoods in the City for this program. We specifically limit awards to neighborhoods with higher property crime rates. The program provides funding on a first-come, first-serve basis.

This program helps for-profit commercial businesses. Both business and property owners can apply. Damages must have recently occurred to permanent structures. You must have already made the repairs when applying. We will reimburse you for the cost of those repairs. We do not reimburse graffiti removal, theft, or residential properties.
