Using the ParkSLC app

You can use the ParkSLC app on your phone to find and pay for parking downtown quickly and easily. You can also pre-pay for parking beginning at 7 a.m.

Using pay by text

If you want to pay without setting up an account, you can pay for parking by texting “PARKSLC” to 30844 and follow the prompt at the link that is sent.

Using a pay station

Step-by-step instructions and a video tutorial are below for how to use the parking pay stations:

1. Tap the screen to start.
2. On the main menu, choose “Purchase Parking”.
   • If you want a different language, select your preferred language first.
3. Enter your parking space number, then press “Enter.”
4. Choose how you want to pay:
   • Credit Card Payment or
   • Cash Payment
5. Follow the instructions on the screen to finish your payment, then press “Enter.”
6. When the Payment Confirmation Screen appears, press “Print Receipt.”
7. Once your receipt prints, the screen will return to the main menu. You’re all set—no need to display the receipt in your car.
