Road signs
Salt Lake City maintains traffic signs to help keep motorist, pedestrians, and bicyclists safe.
The City’s signs team handles manufacturing, installing, maintaining, and replacing all street signs–about 40,000 in the city and counting.
- To request a sign be added or removed, call the Transportation Division at 801-535-6630.
- For questions about traffic calming (like speed bumps), call Lynn Jacobs at 801-535-6653.
- Report a problem with a sign using mySLC or call the Streets Division at 801-535-2345.
