“Our union members are an essential piece of the backbone of our City. Salt Lake City is proud to be the only city in Utah that engages in collective bargaining, and we deeply value the working relationships we have with our recognized labor organizations. We oppose any legislative effort to chill or interfere with the right to join a union or direct how a city can engage with a union, and urge state legislators to vote no on HB 285.”
