At their February 13, 2024 meetings, the Council:

• Held an initial discussion on Budget Amendment No. 4
• Discussed a proposed rezone of properties located at approximately 803, 805, 807, and 815 West Simondi Avenue and 802, 806, 810, and 814 West 300 North from Single-Family Residential (R1/7000) to Low Density Multi-Family (RMF-30)
• Heard about a proposal from the Planning Department that would make technical changes to eliminate redundancy and provide clarity in the City’s zoning code
