At today’s Council and Redevelopment Agency (RDA) Meetings:

The Council approved the City’s annual Capital Improvement Program and an honorary street name “Pastor France Davis Way” recognizing Reverend France A. Davis, who served as the Pastor of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church, a predominately African American congregation, for over forty years.

The Council also received updates on the City’s new Equity Office, the Mayor’s mask mandate for K-12 schools, and the City’s water conservation/water shortage contingency plans.[…]
