Nate Crippes is the Public Affairs Supervising Attorney at the Disability Law Center (DLC). He received his Bachelor’s degree in Film Studies from the University of Utah, and attended George Mason University School of Law in Arlington, Virginia for his law degree. He has been with the DLC since 2015, where he has worked on Medicaid/healthcare issues, discrimination in the education and employment context, ADA accessibility issues, and systemic class action lawsuits to ensure full integration. As the Public Affairs Supervising Attorney, he oversees the DLC’s outreach, intake, public policy, and communications work. He has worked with the City on accessibility and disability issues since he began at the DLC, and he looks forward to working with this Commission to ensure Salt Lake City is accessible and inclusive for all Utahns.
