The public can comment online through Zoom or in person at the City & County Building. Those who would like to speak must register.
All comments submitted during public comment become part of the public record. All attendees must follow the Public Meeting Rules.
Parking is available at the City Library and can be validated by Council staff.
2 p.m. Work Session – Room 326
Work Sessions are listen-in only, starting at 2 p.m. and ending at approximately 6:30 p.m.
7 p.m. Local Building Authority & Formal Meeting – Room 315
Formal meetings start at 7 p.m. and end upon the conclusion of items listed on the agenda. The Council holds public hearings and votes in formal meetings. There is also a one-hour time slot for general comments.

To share comments with the Council, register online or in person. Online registration opens 24 hours before the meeting. General comment registration closes at 7:30 p.m. You can register to speak on a public hearing item until the hearing closes.
Those attending in person will fill out a comment card at the meeting.
