Driving Under the Influence

If you have been charged with Driving Under the Influence, your case will be scheduled 14 days from the date of the violation. Your hearing will be scheduled for 10:00am. If the 14th day lands on a weekend or a holiday, your hearing will be scheduled on the following business day.

Arraignments are held online via Webex. Please contact the court to provide updated contact information (email, address, and phone) to ensure you receive notice of the court date and WebEx login information. In the event that you are unable to contact the court in time, you can login to court on the 14th day by visiting this link and selecting the Arraignment calendar.

If you have already hired an attorney, please contact your attorney with questions you may have regarding your case.

If you do not have the ability to connect online for your court date, the court has computers available for you to use at the courthouse.
