Two neighborhood shopping centers in our community, Lamplighter Square and Foothill Village, are set to undergo redevelopment.

Lamplighter Square is set to include new retail and restaurant space with patios and underground parking with access and visibility from Foothill Drive.

Foothill Village will include cosmetic upgrades and the creation of communal gathering space in the shopping center. It will also improve the existing parking garage. This project has an estimated timeline of two years, and businesses will be able to stay open during the renovations.
