Street sweeping

Salt Lake City’s street sweeping program helps keep leaves, dirt, and pollution out of storm drains and keeps streets clean and well-maintained. The program includes regular sweeping, emergency cleanups, and special requests.

The street sweeping team goals are:

  • Sweep 29,800 curb miles annually
  • Make nine citywide passes annually
  • Support special events and parades
