Reservation Season

Salt Lake City pavilion reservation season runs from the second Monday of April through the second Sunday of October, except for Washington Park. Washington Park can be reserved from the third Monday of May through the second Sunday of October.

2026 Pavilion Reservation Season:

• Urban Parks: April 13, 2026 – October 11, 2026
• Washington Park: May 18, 2026 – October 11, 2026

Reservations can be made online for the 2026 reservation season starting February 2, 2026 at 8:00 am.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations must be made 14 days in advance of your reservation date.
  • NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • No refunds are being given due to inclement weather.
• You may change your reservation date, time, or location with a minimum of 3 business days before your selected date.
  • All reservation changes are subject to availability.

Reserving a Pavilion for Picnic

Pavilions can be reserved beginning on February 2, 2026, at 8:00 am for the 2026 season.

Pavilion reservations must be made at least 3 business days before the selected reservation date.
