Kelli came to SLC911 in 2016 as an experienced dispatcher familiar all disciplines. She worked for over ten years dispatching police, fire, and EMS, and was a Training Supervisor She is also certified as a Tactical Dispatcher. She was promoted to Operations Supervisor at SLC911 in 2017 and Operations Manager in 2019. She is a member of the Joint Information Center for the Salt Lake Department of Emergency Management and handles emergency management duties for SLC911. She also serves as the supervisor for the SLC Public Safety Peer Support Team, and works closely with peer support leadership from the Salt Lake Police Department and the Salt Lake Fire Department. Kelli holds a B.S. in Mass Communications and a Master of Public Administration from the University of Utah. She also earned a Master of Emergency and Disaster Management from Georgetown University.
