The Plumbing Fee Schedule is used to estimate plumbing permit fees for new fixtures, relocated fixtures, gas piping, drains, water heaters, grease interceptors, roof drains, sump pumps, and related plumbing work.
This fee schedule is not a permit application. To apply for a plumbing permit, use the Citizen Access Portal.
Base Fee and State Fee
- $57 base fee
- The applicable fee from the schedule
- 1% State Fee
Fixture and Plumbing Fees
- Add new plumbing fixture: $8.00 each
- Replacement or relocation of existing plumbing fixture: $8.00 each
- Soda fountain carbonator: $16.00 each
- Modify DMV system: $12.00 each
- Gas line / meter inspection: $23.00 each
- Distribution piping repair: $12.00 each
- Gas piping, medical: $20.00 each
- Hose bib: $8.00 each
- Grease trap / settling tank: $56.00 each
- Grey water / grease interceptor: $20.00 each
- Landscape valve / sprinkler device: $10.00 each
- Appliance drain: $8.00 each
- Roof drain: $8.00 each
- Floor / AC drain: $8.00 each
- Sewer ejector / sump pump: $20.00 each
- Vent pipe / soil trench: $8.00 each
- Water heater / softener: $16.00 each
- Water pipe connection: $8.00 each
