Food security is an important issue for many families in our community. To help address this need, I am working with community partners to host Canned with Care. Join me for a fun, hands-on community event all about preserving food! Learn new skills, ask questions, and discover ways to make fresh food last longer through: 

• Canning Demonstrations 
  • Watch, learn, and get inspired. Demonstrations will be taught by Utah State University Extension Professors.
• Food Preservation Resources 
  • Explore helpful tools, recipes, tips, and information you can use at home. 
• Community Connection 
  • Meet neighbors and others interested in preserving food, reducing waste, and sharing knowledge.
