NOTICE OF EXCAVATION RESTRICTIONS – 2024 CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS


In accordance with Salt Lake City Code Section 14.32.085 (Excavation Restrictions), this publication identifies the public way projects scheduled for construction in Calendar Year 2024, including the nature of the excavation restrictions, and the effective date and duration of excavation restrictions. All potential users to whom the excavation restriction applies shall submit application to the City Engineer to participate in the stated projects to address co-locating facilities or other actions as needed in the best interest of the City. Effective Date of Restrictions: Date to be determined when street asphalt pavement is completed.

Duration of Restriction: Seven (7) years from completion date of project
