Call 2 Haul group collection

Neighbors who live within a few blocks of each other can schedule group collections at the same time for up to 20 homes.

Group collection steps

  • All participating homes must receive garbage service from Salt Lake City Waste & Recycling.
  • On the Call 2 Haul request form, note that you are requesting Group Collection. 
  • Designate one spokesperson to coordinate request for your group.
  • Designee will be contacted directly to continue the group collection request.

Remember these rules

  • Provide a complete list of participating addresses at least 5 days in advance of scheduled pickup.
  • Collection guidelines apply to group collections (see links under related for bulk and green waste guidelines)
  • Participants must place their items in front of their own homes – no group piles are allowed.
  • Specify whether the collection will be for bulk items or green waste – groups can’t do both at the same time!
