• Received Mayor Erin Mendenhall’s recommended budget for Fiscal Year 2023-24
• Unanimously voted to adopt the Homeless Resource Center Text Amendment with a requirement that HRCs prohibit firearms, provide signage, and secure firearm storage for individuals in the HRC
• Received a briefing on crime reduction strategies the Salt Lake City Police Department (SLCPD) has developed in partnership with professors from the University of Texas at San Antonio
