At their July 11, 2023 meetings, the Council:

• Held a follow-up briefing about specific projects proposed for funding through the City’s annual Capital Improvement Program (CIP)
• Received a briefing about Intermountain Health Care’s request to rezone the property at approximately 754 South State Street, also known as “Sears Block”, to develop an urban hospital
• Discussed next steps in the City’s continued participation in the Community Renewable Energy Agency (CREA)
