NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Engineer, located at 349 South 200 East, Suite 600, Salt Lake City, Utah 84111 until 2:00 p.m. local prevailing time, on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 for General Fund Accessibility Ramps 2017/2018, Job No. 105055. Bids delivered to any other location will not be accepted.
Bids will publicly opened in the Engineering Office located at 349 South 200 East, Suite 600, Salt Lake City, UT 84111 at or about 2:00 p.m., local prevailing time on April 11, 2018.
INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS: Contract Documents may be obtained at the office of the City Engineer, 349 South 200 East, Suite 100. A $25.00 non-refundable deposit is required for each complete set. The deposit can be a cashier or company check payable to Salt Lake City Corporation. Major credit cards are also accepted. CDs will be provided at no cost.

To ensure notification of addenda is received, BIDDERS please register with SciQuest at The Utah Supplier Portal (SciQuest).
The construction contract will be awarded in compliance with the City’s value based procurement program.
ATTENTION TO CONTRACTORS: On Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. a pre-bid meeting will be held at the City Engineer’s office, 349 South 200 East, 6th floor conference room.
Items of work are as follows: ADA street access ramps and/or the upgrading of existing ramp configurations to meet ADA guidelines.
The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informality or technicality in any Bid if deemed to be in the best interest of the City.
