The Urban Agriculture Report is a collaboration between U of U PhD candidate Talula Pontuiti, Dr. Adrienne Cachelin and our Food Systems Program Manager, Maria Schwarz. It focuses on the history and current state of food production in Salt Lake City Municipality and will offer suggestions on how to improve.
