The Other Side Academy (TOSA) continues working towards the development of The Other Side Village (TOSV) pilot project. The project will provide housing and supportive services for many people experiencing homelessness. Meanwhile, the City is working with regulators to develop a remediation plan to address the pilot area’s environmental concerns.
