Proposed Project Overview
Mayor Erin Mendenhall has initiated a petition, at the request of the planning division, to correct references in the land use tables’ qualifying provisions that were not properly updated to reflect the gas station standards adopted in January of 2025. This text amendment is intended to correct numbering, cross-reference, and clerical errors related to the gas station chapter 21A.36.120. It will also address additional errors identified within Chapter 21A that have resulted from the adoption of multiple overlapping ordinances.
