Salt Lake City Council Begins Reviewing Mayor’s Proposed Budget 

The Council seeks constituents’ input on budget priorities during deliberations.

SALT LAKE CITY, May 14, 2024 – The Salt Lake City Council invites the public to participate in the City budget process for Fiscal Year 2024-25 (FY25). Residents can learn how the budget process works and how to get involved by watching a recent Budget 101 session presented by Council Staff. Information on the proposed budget is available at The public can share their input with the Council at public hearings on May 21, 2024, and June 4, 2024, at 7 p.m.
