Salt Lake City Council Brings Local Government to the Westside 

The annual off-site meeting encourages residents to connect with City leaders close to home. 

SALT LAKE CITY, Oct. 6, 2025 – The Salt Lake City Council is once again bringing City Hall to the Westside for its annual off-site meeting. This event allows residents to engage directly with local government, share their voices and connect with Council Members in a community setting. In addition to the public meeting, the Council invites attendees to enjoy a complimentary dinner and entertainment.  

WHO: The Salt Lake City Council and City staff, constituents, stakeholders and community partners.  

WHAT: An off-site City Council meeting hosted on the Westside of the City and open to all residents. Dinner and entertainment will be provided for participants. 

WHEN: Tuesday, Oct. 7, 2025 at 2 p.m. 

WHERE: Sorenson Unity Center (1383 S 900 W). The meeting will be live streamed on YouTube and the Council Meeting Agenda Portal.
