Avenues Community Plan Update

The Council received an initial briefing on updating the Avenues Community Plan, originally adopted in 1987. The updates will establish a vision for the Avenues Community for the next 10 years, especially given the pending development of the former LDS Hospital site, and align the community plan with Plan Salt Lake. The Planning process gives an opportunity to review the amenities and unique characteristics of this area of the city, and how to incorporate services that are important to the residents. To share feedback on the planning document, contact the Council office.
