Sugar House Hotel Rezone & Master Plan Amendment
The Council is considering a request to rezone property at 2111 S. 1300 E. and amend the Sugar House Master Plan to allow the development of a hotel. The Council is tentatively scheduled to discuss the proposal at its Tuesday, Feb. 17, 2 p.m. work session.
