About the Purchasing and Contracts Management Division
The Purchasing & Contracts Division is responsible for solicitations for operational products and services for Salt Lake City Corporation. The Purchasing & Contracts Division uses the Utah Public Procurement Place, (U3P) to post solicitations.
Join us for our office hours the first Wednesday of every month between 1:00-2:00 pm in our offices located in City Hall at 451 South State Street, room 235. Please email slcpurchasing@slc.gov with any questions.

Solicitations
To receive future notifications, please register as a supplier through the Utah Public Procurement Place website. All questions or help with registering process must be fielded through the U3P admin team and can be reached by emailing them at sciquestadmin@utah.gov or here.
Registration as a supplier on U3P does not pre-qualify the supplier or guarantee notification or receipt of a solicitation. It is the responsibility of the suppler to check the notices posted on U3P.
Salt Lake City Corporation is migrating to the new Utah Public Procurement Place (U3P) platform starting in January 2025. In order to respond to solicitations, you will need to register at the new U3P by clicking here. For first time users, click the link on the top right hand side where you will see a “Register” button. Click that button and you will be taken through the registration process. It is recommend that you watch this quick 5-minute video on how to register with Bonfire to aid in your registration process. Feel free to pause it as you go through the steps. If you have any questions or need assistance while using the platform, please consult the online knowledge base, explore the FAQs, or reach out to the Bonfire Support Team at support@gobonfire.com.

Salt Lake City Division of Purchasing & Contracts Management is hosting a public outreach event to help local vendors and businesses learn how to work with the City. The next event is Wednesday, December 4th, from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm in the Community Room of the Public Safety Building, located at 475 S 300 E, Salt Lake City, UT 84111. Street parking is available, and the building is a short walk from Library Square’s underground parking. We look forward to meeting with you.
