The proposed height is 30’, with three stories. The proposal is for 16 residential units total -six two-bedroom units, six one-bedroom units, and four studio units- above four commercial units on the ground floor. The proposal includes six garages on the ground floor and 14 additional on-site parking spaces. The property is approximately 15,500 square feet and is in the MU-2 (Mixed-Use) zoning district. Design Review is required for modifications to zoning standards.

Public Comment Period: July 13 – August 27, 2026
Notice has also been sent to property owners and residents within 300 feet of the project location to obtain public input and comments on the proposal. Notified parties are given a 45-day period to respond before a public hearing with the Planning Commission can be scheduled.
