Proposed Project Overview
Jonathan Ruga has submitted a petition to vacate (give up public ownership of) a portion of Rio Grande St (approximately 440 West) between Montague Avenue and 900 South. The same organization owns both properties that abut this portion of the street. If approved, the street would be sold the surrounding property owners at fair-market value.
